General

We take into account the European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation; hereinafter “the GDPR”), as well as the adaptations of national laws to this European Regulation.

Personal data is defined by the GDPR as “any information about an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more elements characteristic of the physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.”

As our offices are located in Morocco, your personal data will be processed outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). We have taken the necessary measures to ensure that your data is processed and stored as securely as it is within the EEA, in accordance with the GDPR regulation.

Personal data

We receive your personal data from:

  1. Our clients: we process your data in accordance with the GDPR and our agreement with these controllers. The way in which data is collected depends on our clients.

  2. We always apply the do not call register ("BMNR") before we use supplied address files.

Depending on the assignment, we may collect the following personal data from you: name, gender, date of birth, address, e-mail, telephone number, company name, position, payment details.

Purpose of the processing

The GDPR regulation requires that we always have a legal basis to use your personal data. This may be necessary to perform a contract with our clients (the data controllers), because you have given us permission to use your data or because of a legitimate interest.

We will not sell, rent or commercially make your personal data available to third parties, unless with your prior consent.

Security of personal data

We have taken the necessary security measures to avoid destruction, loss and unauthorized access. We ensure that only the necessary persons have access to the data and that access to the data is protected.

Expensive

The personal data is stored and processed by us for a period that is necessary in function of the reasons for which it was initially collected. For data that we process from our clients (the data controllers), the duration is determined by our clients.

This means that we keep the data for as long as necessary to provide our services. Exceptions to this are the data that we have to keep for longer because the law obliges us to do so.

What are your rights?

You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:

  1. Right of access: you have the right to ask us which personal data we process about you and what use we make of it.

  2. Right to correction, deletion and restriction of processing: you can ask us to correct, supplement or delete your personal data. However, it is possible that certain services are no longer available. You may also request that the processing of your personal data be restricted.

  3. Right to object: you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for serious and legitimate reasons. In addition, you always have the right to object to the use of personal data for direct marketing purposes; in such case you do not have to give reasons.

  4. Right of free data portability: you have the right to obtain your personal data processed by us in a structured form and/or to transfer it to other responsible parties.

  5. Right to withdraw consent: to the extent that the processing is based on your prior consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent.

  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy. This is possible when the regulations or our activities change.
